Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work on caravans, motorhomes, and campervans?
Yes, we handle all types of recreational vehicles, as well as marine systems and off-grid tiny homes.
Can you diagnose from photos first?
In many cases, yes. Photos of your setup often reveal common issues like undersized cabling or incorrect fuse placement, allowing us to give you a preliminary assessment before we arrive.
Do you supply parts if needed?
We carry a range of common fuses, cables, and connectors. If a specific part is needed, we can source it or work with what you already have.
How long does troubleshooting take?
Most diagnostics are completed within 1 to 2 hours. Complex issues may take longer to trace.
Do you do 240V wiring?
Our primary focus is the DC side (Solar, Batteries, Chargers). For 230/240V AC mains installations or repairs, a registered electrician is required. We can refer you to a local partner for this.
