Solar Panel Installation for RVs
We supply and install high‑efficiency monocrystalline solar panels for caravans, motorhomes and campervans using non‑penetrating, adhesive mounting with correct surface preparation and proven products to achieve a strong, weather‑resistant bond, plus watertight roof cable entry glands and quality sealants for a secure, leak‑resistant finish on suitable roof surfaces.
MPPT Solar Charge Controllers
We install MPPT solar charge controllers to maximise solar harvest and improve battery charging performance, with Bluetooth monitoring and optional fixed displays, using correctly sized cabling and protected connections.
Lithium & AGM Battery Upgrades
We upgrade RV battery systems using LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) or quality lead‑acid options to suit your needs and budget. While LiFePO4 typically costs more upfront, it offers significant benefits, including lighter weight, higher energy density, faster charging, and a significantly longer service life, often providing 5 to 10 times more cycles than lead-acid.
Inverter & Charger Installation
We install pure sine wave inverters and battery charging upgrades, including 240V AC mains chargers (for campground/shore power charging) and DC‑DC chargers (for alternator charging while driving), all selected and installed to suit your battery type and integrate safely with your RV’s existing electrical setup.
Battery Monitoring & Smart Shunts
We fit smart shunts/battery monitors to measure current in/out and provide accurate State of Charge (SoC) tracking, helping you understand usage and avoid over‑discharge.
12V Electrical Safety & Protection
We install DC-rated circuit protection, isolation switches, and tidy, secure cable routing for safety and serviceability, aligned with AS/NZS 3000:2018 principles such as correct cable sizing, robust waterproof connections with strain relief, and safe isolation for maintenance.
